Privacy policy

Jittimateerawittaya School is committed to protecting the personal data of students, parents and website visitors under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

Information we collect

• Information entered in the application form: the child's full name, nickname, date of birth and class applied for, and the parent's name, relationship, phone number and LINE ID
• General, non-identifying website usage data, used to improve the website
• The website shows a Google Maps map, which may use Google cookies under Google's privacy policy

How we use it

• To call you back, arrange school visits and process admissions
• To share school activities. Student photos are published only for students whose parents have given consent

Sharing and retention

We never sell your data or share it with outside parties except where required by law. Data from applicants who do not enrol is deleted within one academic year. Records of current students are kept according to the regulations of the Office of the Private Education Commission.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your and your child's data, or withdraw consent, and ask us to remove your child's photos from the website and school media at any time.
